Love a Village is a small grassroots organization dedicated to eliminating the grip of extreme poverty in the northern region of Malawi. With an aim to empower villagers using a holistic community-based approach, we are working to give them the ability to create independence and self-sustainability for themselves.

Our mandate is to equip them through collaboration, and education with a holistic approach in the following areas: water, sanitation, hygiene, irrigation, agriculture, food security, environmental management (eg reforestation, beekeeping), education and trainings in small business (eg Village Savings Loans and our Girls in Stitches sewing), and much more! Their cycle of poverty can be broken by empowering families to stay healthy by gaining the skills, knowledge and training needed to become independent & self-sustainable.

Love a Village has made a long-term commitment to develop solutions that will have a lasting impact. We work alongside local leaders uncovering resources and empowering our Malawian friends to change their communities and flourish.
